2025 Swan City Jazz Festival Vendor Information
**Important Information
Please Read Thoroughly Prior to Applying for your booth for the**
Swan City Jazz Festival is preparing to celebrate our 9th year of live jazz in Downtown Lakeland! We have grown in number of participants and in excellence. This year will be no different! From our dedicated team of volunteers, we invite you to join us as a food/ beverage, apparel, service, or non-profit vendor.
Swan City Jazz Festival will allow you to sell items and/or promote your business upon the acceptance of your application and FULL payment. Please be aware, we do not guarantee success.
Vendor Booths are $100 for Food and Non-food Vendors and $50 for Non-Profit Vendors.
Final placement will be assigned in order that your application is approved and payment is received. Please contact us if you need any special arrangements. Booth Spaces will be 10* X 10*, with limited double and quad booth spaces available.
Please bring enough staff to ensure your booth is manned during event hours.
You must be available for the full day on Saturday March 29th, 2025 or make sure that your booth is covered in your absence. Your booth coverage is your responsibility, SWAN CITY JAZZ FESTIVAL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BOOTH.
Booth sharing is prohibited.
Due to limited space , booth rental will not be guaranteed until your application has been approved and your application fee is received. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AFTER YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN REMITTED, PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. You will be given a booth rental credit for the next year’s festival.
Payment for 2025 Swan City Jazz Festival booth space will be completed virtually. Application payments made through any other party will not be accepted. No reselling of booths is allowed. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2025.

SET UP INFORMATION
Set up time will be on Saturday, March 29th, 2025 at noon. NO BOOTHS MAY BE SET UP OR TORN DOWN DURING SHOW HOURS FOR ANY REASON.
Tear down of booths may begin at 9 PM.
Please, only sell the type of food or drink you have registered to sell. We have corporate contracts in place regarding food and beverage, so please do not BREAK this rule. Anyone found to be in non-compliance of this agreement will be asked to leave and escorted from the event by law enforcement.
Please bring battery operated lights/lanterns for your booths. (You’ll be glad you did)
The 2025 Swan City Jazz Festival nor The Blended Family Foundation will be responsible for stolen or damaged property. The Blended Family Foundation nor the Swan City Jazz Festival is liable for any injury to individuals participating in the event.
